Nkechi Victoria Osuji is a scholarship awardee of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree in Digital Communication Leadership, at the University of Salzburg, Austria and Aalborg University, Copenhagen Denmark. She has a bachelor's degree in computer science and education, with 5 years working experience in the digital-tech industry.

Originally from Nigeria, she worked as a Business Development and Video Content Manager in a digital media and social enterprise that helps African women achieve their professional dreams in business and careers. She is passionate about empowering young people especially African women. Inspired by the Ubuntu culture; "to care for others", she believes "women do not just belong to the kitchen, the living room and the other room", but can transform their society and add positive value to the world at large. When females are educated and empowered, poverty reduces and the world gets better.
