Despite the fact that Linet graduated as engineer in Computer Sciences, she has been always looking forward to combining her career with business and communication. Thus, after 9 years intending to fulfill her professional dreams, she was awarded with a scholarship in the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree in Digital Communication Leadership. Ignited by her own personal life and work experience, she aims to devote her efforts to provide avenues for women to empower themselves by gaining autonomy and control of their lives. Following her two years expertise as a Cuban entrepreneur and a field researcher, she is convinced that integrating ICTs into business can indeed be an effective way for women empowerment.
